We’re prepared to make sure you’re prepared — with space, food, technology and a complete suite of business services, including a personal computer, high-speed Internet, copying, faxing and printing capabilities.

We’ll even plan a special outing or team-building excursion for you and your guests.
Our staff can plan activities such as golf, whitewater rafting, fly fishing, nature walks and cook outs, all in the mountains of West Virginia.
Available Spaces
The Ballroom: Our largest event area, composed of 4,500 sq. ft., can be used to accommodate over 400 – or divided into four separate meeting rooms, each of which can accommodate up to 125.
Conference Suites: Perfect for smaller meetings, our 800-sq. ft. conference suites can accommodate 35-40 comfortably and includes a six-foot screen, LCD projector, pencils, notepads, water and candies on the tables.
Lobby: Available in conjunction with the rental of our ballroom, our 1,500-sq. ft. lobby features soaring ceilings, colorful decor, wide corridors and outdoor views – all perfect for pre- and post-event gatherings.
Courtyard/Patio: Ideal for al fresco dining receptions, our two beautiful outdoor spaces offer sweeping views of the landscape and our part of Charles Pointe. The front patio and side courtyard can include seating, high-top tables and bars.
Catering
Our own culinary specialists will prepare a fresh and exciting menu that will keep your attendees enjoyably well-fed and focused. With fresh ingredients and unique food options, our delicious food will get your creative juices flowing and allow you to get down to business. Our onsite chefs will make sure you and your business partners, employees, clients and co-workers have food options that will keep everyone energized and ready for a full day of meetings.
I believe her name was Ruth...she was so helpful in not only attending to the conference goers and our needs, she offered to help us load and carry things, which she absolutely did not have to do.
